I call Colleen's consignment on Marks Street in Henderson I was told to bring my couch down told the hours of operation when to bring it down when I get there they refused it say they have too many couches I hired a truck and a handyman to take it down there I'm on a fixed income I describe the couch to condition the color everything to the person over the phone they said sure bring it down when the guy got down there that I hired to bring it down there they refuse if they said they have too many couches in the person answering the phone give me the wrong information that just cost me a day's work and $80 he insulted my intelligence saying they didn't have room for one more couch I will never do business with that store again
