I was seriously offended to be told I was not allowed to bring my purse in the store. Your options is to allow them to put in a locker or leave. WELCOME TO BE TREATED LIKE A THIEF. Heaven forbid you should have a product that you wanted to compare color with one that you want to purchase or need a tissue to dab with.
People treat you the way you ALLOW yourself to be treated. I WILL NOT ALLOW MYSELF TO BE TREATED THIS WAY. This experience solidified in my mind that whatever I may need to buy I am absolutely sure I can find it elsewhere.
THE STORE..... they do have a variety of stock. They have many different hair supplies to cover the amateur to the professional. They have an extensive NYX collection that would please any NYX user. They don't carry an extensive amount of different brands but they do carry a nice little amount of a number of different item. However they are not extremely knowledgeable about directing you to the particular items. Case and point, my nail stylist sent me to purchase a particular acrylic powder. I ASKED the OWNER I was told she didn't carry it. I called my nail stylist advised of this feedback. She promptly informed me that they are usually uninformed but they did carry it we she had just seen it just 2 days ago unfortunately by this time I had already left so I didn't get it.
Personal observation: The store owner really doesn't have time for you unless she feels you are a contender for a very big purchase. I have gone into the store before the "no purse policy" and after the "no purse policy". Upon my first visit the owner was assisting me until she realized the items I wanted to purchase was makeup and not a big ticket item. I spent $50 in the store as I was too lazy to make another stop. The owner was enticed buy another customer looking to buy a steamer. I was left to handle my questions myself.
My 2nd visit I had an assistant assisting me but she left repeatedly to advise patrons of the no n purse policy. How absolutely infuriating!
