This is the worst customer service I've ever had. The bouncers are arrogant they have more power than they should. A few of my friends an I we're on a club crawl all wearing emergency flats (after we had been for 3 other clubs that night) we all got in fine besides one of us that was refused entry until she put it back on her heels. I had styrofoam strobe light I had got at a previous club, the bouncer RIPPED it out of my hands and told me to go inside with no explanation of why or a chance to leave with it. Next up was my other friend she had advil in her purse, (who was fine to get in to every other club with it) they confiscated it, and we were was unable to get it back 10 minutes later when we decided to leave.. it had been "thrown out", the last and final thing was we order 4 Jager Bombs and they charged us $100 for it. I know it a bunch of small things but they just kept added up. We all will definitely not be going back.
