Terrible customer service and far, far more expensive than most competitors. Was bounced around through 3 brokers in 3 years, but only ever found out when I called to speak to my broker. Never could get in touch with someone when I wanted to speak to them (it took weeks of me calling usually - leaving messages made no difference). Finally decided to cancel my renewal this year when the rate was almost triple what I could get elsewhere. My new broker HUNG UP ON ME during the call after spending most of the call interrupting me and talking down at me. Then, instead of sending me cancellation papers as requested, sent me quotes for other policies - far out of my budget. Even after I expressed that I was quite happy with changing companies and would not be remaining. So glad I changed. Won't be back. Hope more people continue to leave and find insurance elsewhere.
