Nothing fancy and not the cleanest room (splatters on the wall, crumbs on the bed) but no bugs, plenty spacious, seems very safe compared to all the other extended stay/weekly/monthly rate rooms. My mom needed a temporary place while she looks for an apartment and this is PERFECT for such a situation. Its got a mix of temporary tourists and long term residents whereas the others (example the sportsman on boulder and the siegals downtown) have mostly sketchy residents and have HOME INVASIONS. This hotel provides no linens so bring sheets!!! It is on las vegas blvd but it is south of the strip so if u are a tourist u will need a car to get there. Good to save some $$ as a tourist or as a temporary living situation.
