So the main problem with my experience today were the employees. Not sure if it was just a bad day, but the two I saw were not in good moods. They were not friendly. And they may not even like working with each other (but I don't know for sure).
They seemed short staffed as well.
The service was slow. In fact I'm still waiting as I type this. I expect that the ice cream is great--it usually is.
However, when it's $5 for a kids size ice cream, and goes up from there, I'd like more friendly service.
