When my 2006 BMW 325i kept overheating, I took it to the automotive shop closest to my home. From the beginning, I must say that CJ was absolutely wonderful to work with and makes the experience much more tolerable. No one likes to deal with repair shops, but he definitely makes the experience better. Greg was very helpful and an extremely nice guy. They both explained the problems with my car clearly and got my warranty to pay a very large portion. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is for the following 1) They are slower than I'm used to (had my car 3 days for a water pump); 2) the loaner vehicle they gave me rode worse than the vehicle I was having repaired. Overall, I would recommend taking your vehicle to Honest 1. BTW, the lounge area is FABULOUS! It's like relaxing in your own family room. Good job guys. Thanks
