I came in a couple weeks ago to pick up a car I reserved online which I would highly recommended making a reservation as it seems they run out of cars fast. I reserved an economy car but they only had a mid-size suv available. They upgraded with no charge so that worked for me.
They work really hard and you can tell they're all about providing a high level of service which I appreciated. Good service is hard these days and they make sure even is there's a wait to try to connect with you. If I ever have a need for a rental again, I will use them again.
