Brand was a very classy dining experience for my group. We made early reservations for 5PM, and the restaurant was pretty empty and quiet. I was a little hesitant, knowing it was located on the casino floor, but we were sitting in a table closest to the casino floor and didn't have any problems with smoke or noise. Entrees start at around $30, and steaks seem to hover at around the $50 mark, with sides unincluded and costing an additional $10 on average. I was with a really large group, and the service was excellent (seriously one of the best service experiences I have had in Vegas), and everyone really enjoyed their food (I think we were all pretty much split between steak and seafood, and it was all delicious). Everything seemed to be cooked to perfection and very flavorful. We were there for a celebration and had coordinated with the concierge to have a cake delivered to the table, and the staff was very good with the cutting and delivering of cake in addition to the great service they provided during the meal.
When we left a couple of hours later, around 8, Brand was getting quite a bit busier, with a large crowd of younger clientele gathering in the bar. Brand definitely seemed to have a wide appeal. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a special night out in the area.
