The customer service for this company is the worst I have ever seen. I canceled the reservation online and they wouldn't even given me a refund nor let me read book it because I canceled it 24 hours after I booked it. Now I'm out $176.36 because this company wants to be shady and keep peoples money when they shouldn't. I would've gladly paid a cancellation fee. If our you I would never fly Spirit Airlines
