Dallas was awesome. He first tried to talk me through possible solutions to the problem I was having. They after that didn't work he made the time to come by and personally walk me through additional solutions. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He was very helpful and fixed the problem ... the problem I created... but he was nice enough to make me feel bad about it. He gave explanations to why something was wrong and the steps needed to fix it. He was great and I will use him again!
