oh my original review was deleted! apparently these liars, cheats, and thieves don't want to hear the truth! we rented just under one year here. always paid on time quiet renters. upon our walkthrough with " Angel" assistant manager, this Bitch decided to charge for a " partial cleaning" because she found a few crumbs in fridge and a hair in the bathroom. also added a $55. carpet clean after I had cleaned. this cheat also wanted to charge for a missing light fixture until I pulled our move in papers showing it was missing at move in. this cheat stated she " knew how to handle angry people" before we did the walk though, I wondered why she said this to us. now I know because this liar was planning on the extra charges. IF you do rent here take pictures or a video, go over everything in your lease. there is no need to cheat people out of extra money for foolishness. unfortunately there are unsavory people out there. the office of Park Shadows is one of them.
