If you can give a big fat zero, give it a minus zero. Flowers for Mothers Day arrive 3 days late. A very ugly half dead potted flower plant. I called and we agreed it would be replaced today after 4P. I got home at 3:30P and waited. At 6P I called and was told he was there at 3:45P. No he was not I was here and waiting .Lady on phone said no he was there. I said no he was not here. I have been waiting by the window looking for him and no one came. She said I don't know what to tell you. I said the potted flowers are dead and refund his money. She said she would call the other florist to do so. This will remain a big fat minus zero. I don't believe the money will be refunded for the ugly dead potted flower pot. No that was not what was ordered. No one orders dead flowers. Avoid this florist.
