As a finishing touch on my bathroom I contracted Green Valley glass and mirror to do the shower surround in 3/8 inch frameless tempered glass. They gave the best customer service on the telephone and sent an estimator out faster than other places I had called. The estimate came in at a reasonable price. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Long story short. After the installation was complete and I gave it a day to cure and I examined the work. I was not happy. I called Robert at Green Valley glass and mirror and he sent a crew right out. They agreed that the work did not meet the standards that Robert has for his company. They reported back to him that I would need one new pane of glass and that the job would have to be re-sealed with silicone in a more professional manner. Robert was quick in ordering the materials and by the end of the week I have a beautiful new shower. In my opinion, if you aren't satisfied with someone's work, let them know about it. If there a straight up guy like Robert they will look into it and fix it at their expense just like he did. If anybody on here wrote a bad review without giving this company a chance to fix it, you only hurt yourself.
