The first day i came in, they seemed very helpful but because i came in late, they said for me to come in the next day and if anything, they'll have a 64g 6s brought to their store from another. they also showed me that the screen was turning on but some circuit was out. so i come in today and there's a girl worker who i didn't see at all last night and she was useless. not helpful at all. i dropped it off at 930 am and she asked for a phone number and i told her, i live alone, and a guy last night said email was fine. 8 hours go by! no reply! finally i decide to show up on my own at 530 pm. when i first walked in, no one was at the front. i waited a few minutes and then finally spun their will of fortune thing and finally she heard but took her sweet time. then she was like oh, your here for your phone.. no shit. and she asked if they called and i said no one contacted me and i said email. then she gives me the phone back and the repair guy didn't even come to the front to explain to me what he couldn't do, or what i could have done because the day before, they gave me hope because the screen came on with a new one. then i asked if she called the other store to bring it for me and she didn't even call. i thought they took care of the customers, but this girl ruined it completely for the store and would not recommend anyone to go there. then she didn't even say have a nice day, just took my payment and went back to the back. customer service by this girl is shit. either train her better or get rid of her.
