HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This review is solely dedicated to the managers of this location. As I always come to this branch, it never fails to be the busiest I've ever seen compared to any other location I've been to. The lines are always outrageous but as it is closest to my house, it is a necessary evil. Something really bothered me the other day when I stopped in. I noticed one of the kind tellers who has helped me before; a young, tall gentleman- not sure his name but I think it starts with an "A", anyway, he was helping someone who was clearly very upset and yelling. He looked flustered(as any employee would when a customer is yelling at them). As I am very observant, I noticed this teller motion for a manager to come over- (there are a few at this location- a spanish man and a middle aged white woman.) Neither manager went to help this teller. They just let him stand there and take a brutal beating by Bank of America's crazy customers. I noticed them rolling their eyes as if they couldn't be bothered by their OWN employee. Absolutely disgusting behavior by a manager if you ask me. That is completely unprofessional. As the line continued to grow(and it was almost closing time at the bank) neither manager helped any of the tellers when it was very obvious they needed a lot of help. Instead they just stood there as worthless pieces of crap(excuse my language-BUT REALLY!) Maybe the lines wouldn't be so long if the managers actually did what they were supposed to. I'm not sure how the employees are always so friendly and welcoming honestly, being in an environment where the managers don't care about their well-being or providing help when desperately needed. I salute all the tellers at this branch for their singular hard work, ability to deal with difficult customers and keeping their cool in situations where extra help is needed. As for the managers, I hope you guys are all replaced.
