Now let me qualify my review by saying that I've been consistently going to a boot camp for over a year. I also train with my trainer twice a week. I'm not at all out of shape. I decided to try this bootcamp style just to change things up. I like the various times they have available for their classes and the length of their classes. This was my first and last class at this establishment. These instructors are abusive, demanding and rude. I was told you couldn't drink water - and when I went to have a sip of it the instructor knocked my bottle out of my hand and knocked it right into my mouth smashing into my teeth and spilling water everywhere. They don't care about checking to ensure your form is correct or help you avoid injury. Yes, they push you but any good fitness coach can push you without being abusive and crossing boundaries. I went in there with an open mind and was ready for the challenge. I walked out mid way in tears not from the physical exertion but from the shear lack of respect. If you're looking for an effective workout or boot camp - go to Toronto Fit Body. Please beware of Fit Factory. Not worth the money or your dignity
