I have been going here regularly for 11 years. And overall, they do a pretty good job.
Yeah, sometimes, the same person does a better job than before. Or, worse than before. However, I do have curly hair. And, that is not supposed to be cut like straight hair. So, I don't think the instructors spend enough time teaching them how to cut it.
Also, I don't limit myself to just one stylist (though, I do use 1 or 2 more often than the others).
Overall, the staff is friendly. Though, sometimes I think the time of day and their workload can effect them to some degree or another.
