I had great service on 4/17/16 with Devin he is a nice guy and a good salesman the only gripe I had was it took me two days to get my service due to their system glitch. Overall I am happy with the service I received at the store as well as my cellular service.
I would say maybe some of the other salesmen may want to stop walking around blasting music on the portable speakers while they are working it is very distracting and makes it hard to hear anything when your talking to other salesmen. You are at work not a club save the music for when your off work.
