I'm so incredibly disappointed with this salon. I chose it because of the incredible reviews, but unfortunately my experience didn't live up to the hype.
I went in wanting a gel french manicure on my natural fingernails. I specifically asked for very thin tips and a natural look. My technician told me that my nails were not long enough to do french on (my whites were about 1 cm long). I do not get my nails done often so I didn't know.
She told me I needed to get a full acrylic set so I agreed, but I said I do not like the thick acrylic look or feel at all. She reassured me that it wouldn't be thick, and that it would look natural.
Well, as you can see, I was given incredibly thick looking fake acrylics.
- I asked for rounded tips, I got fat square ones (kept telling her to round them out more, she wasn't really listening and eventually stopped replying when I requested it!)
- I asked for thin & subtle french tips, I got fat white lines.
- She didn't apply the top coat evenly and now there are 3-4 small "holes" in every nail where the Polish didn't spread, and a few nails with larger "holes
"
Every single one of my requests was flat out ignored. The only thing she got across was french tips after she upsold me to acrylics.
Unfortunately I don't even know how to fix this. I feel like I look so trashy, and I'm really upset. This was such a mistake, don't waste your money here.
