Holy smokes! This place is AMAZING! Elyce is THE BEST!!!! She will give you a kick in the butt! she is very through and makes sure that EVERY person is comfortable with the poses and exercises, but not TOO comfortable Marnie is also AMAZING and hilarious! She is very straight forward, and and also kicks your butt! The classes are incredibly affordable, and pretty small so you get the attention you need! I HIGHLY recommend this place to people who are in the gym every day, and even beginners! You will literally see results within your first few classes! Love love love this place!!!!!
