The staff was great! I scheduled our appt about 2 weeks in advance. Unfortunately I had to reschedule due to other health issues that came up. Joann was very courteous and worked us in a few days later. They were running about 15 min behind when we showed up which isn't bad at all for being scheduled on a busy Saturday. we brought our 2 year old with us and she kept busy with the toys in the waiting room. The room where the ultrasound is done has enough room to fit a few extra guests which is nice. we found out we are having a boy which is a complete shock as so far only girls run in the family. the sonographer proved to us how certain she was and showed us how they make sure its not umbilical cord etc. she was so nice and completely understood why we had to be certain. we got to tell the grandparents this past weekend they are having their first grandson. they were so excited! overall, the prices are decent and the service was great. a very happy and memorable experience!
