Ordered food an hour before close via GrubHub. They confirmed they would deliver, but then there were no more updates. I contacted GrubHub, who indicated that they couldn't reach Venice Pizza, and couldn't refund me without proof it wasn't delivered. Note that their own system never showed a delivery. But my main problem, it would have taken them no effort to simply say they were planning to close early and were too lazy to make my pizza. Instead they left me waiting and have yet to reply or refund me.
