It took me five years of driving past Heinen's in Middleburg Heights before I finally gave in and I wish it hadn't taken this long. Everyone was super nice, and although the meat prices were a bit high, they had some great sales going on in other departments so it pretty much balanced out.
I LOVE the "no carts in the parking lot" policy! The man who helped me load my groceries was friendly despite the nasty freezing rain.
I'd much rather give a local grocery store my money than Giant Eagle.
