I can't say I was completely satisfied with Rick's service. He charged me for 2 house calls, and we got nowhere really, other than getting the machine open. He told me he had to take my machine to finish it, and tells me the second house call charge would cover the transport. He keeps my machine for around 3 weeks, and it must've been 4-5 weeks from when I first contacted Rick to when I had a working machine. I had planned on gifting it to my mother for Christmas and was a day late. The final charge also ended up being a bit higher than what Rick had quoted me previously, and he didn't have change on him when I paid either. When I first plugged it in, the machine continued to act funny, it wasn't explained to me that it needed to be reset upon first plugging it in. With the grievances out of the way. My mother liked the gift, reason being my grandmother lives with her, and she can't really move around well anymore. My grandmother's eyes lit up being able to play a slot at home. That pretty much made all the grievances I had irrelevant.
