Haven't gone on the tour yet and already frustrated with the company. There were hidden fuel surcharges that are charged miraculously to your credit card after you have booked. It is NOT shown in ANY screen before you actually make the payment (not in the page before you finalize payment or even in the confirmation email that is sent). The website is highly misleading and upon calling the company, they said that I was suppose to call them for them to inform me 1) whether there is going to be any surcharge at all and 2) what the price was going to be. It is not stated anywhere in the website that you had to call them to find the real price that you have to pay. I feel really cheated and I can only hope that this is not foreboding the trip itself.
