I cannot speak of all their locations, but the one at Metro Center have a lot to be desired. During my first visit with knee issues I was taken to a room where their Chiropractor met with me. I did not have a back issue, so I told him I have my own Chiropractor for 18 years I am happy with. Then off to x-ray where they took a picture of my knees. Then off to therapy where I was given a deep back massage before being sent home. I rescheduled 2 to 3 weeks out and then met with their medical side with a Nurse Pract. who told me the x-rays showed severe Arthritis and they needed to try injection but would have to be approved by the insurance company. 3 weeks later I called as was told by the front end staff that it takes normally two weeks to get an answer and its been 1 week since I was in their, no, it was three weeks. That was in December, which because I met all my deductibles I wanted the procedure during that time. Were now in mid March and I still have heard nothing from them. I am going to schedule an appoint with a real knee doctor and forget about these fly by night ones. Live and Learn. What a shame, and shame on your uncareing practice.
