I AGREE WITH THE OTHER 2 REVIEWS!!! Natalia won't return calls, you have to leave more then 3 messages for her to even call you back. She takes your money from groupon and god forbid you can get an appt. booked! When you call you always get her voicemail and when you finally get her it's like you're an inconvenience when she's speaking with you on the phone you can barely agree on an appt. date and time! Oh HAVE to add :... Made an appt. that took me a month to get - she didn't even show and finally gets back to me a few days later with some lame EXCUSE! she shouldn't be running a business at all. Makes me wonder if she's even certified as she's super unprofessional and a joke to deal with...
