I order from Congee Wong all the time and although the customer service might not be amazing...the food more than makes up for it! The Cantonese Chow Mein and the Salt and Pepper Squid are awesome. Their delivery is always super fast too. I've dined in several times but I much prefer their take-out/delivery.
