The two stars are because of Casey. She is great! Also, the place is clean and convenient.
They market the service as laser hair removal (I just double checked the website). I went through 5 of 6 visits and my hair did not go away. When I asked, I was told it is laser hair 'reduction'. Frankly, it didn't even reduce. It slowed growth temporarily but overall, a waste of time.
Additionally, my Irish skin requires regular dermatology appts. I never had an issue until I went through this process. Then a couple of moles became irregular and I had to have them removed. They were non-cancerous but it was enough for me to never go back.
Overall, my biggest issue is mis-marketing of the service which seems to be standard across most businesses offering this service. The lack of results combined with a minor health scare (may or may not be attributable to this service) leads me to write this negative review.
