Purchased an inexpensive couch ($400), delivered as promised though the $100 delivery fee to drive the couch 12 blocks seemed a bit excessive. Couch was delivered as promised, except it was delivered infested with fleas. FLEAS! IN LAS VEGAS! I know, I've never heard of such a thing in this region either. I come from the NW, so I recognize fleas when I see them. Store refused to call me back until my multiple calls demanding a call back from the owner shot the staff into action. Larry called quickly, but denied any sort of responsibility, and basically called me a liar. All I want is a couch without fleas. My only choice has been to bomb my place, the couch now lives on the patio until I can figure out what to do with it, and I'm covered in bites. Do not shop here, customer service is abysimal and they obviously have no interest in creating return customers. And you may end up with an infestation you didn't ask for.
