This store is clean, well stocked, delightful management, happy staff, helpful staff, and an all around pleasurable retailer to have in the neighborhood.
If in Oakland and choosing between this CVS & the Forbes Ave location- go to the Centre store.
Upon entering the Centre Ave store, I am treated with respect and kindness. Staff makes eye contact and asks if I need assistance. Management speaks to staff and customers at a regular volume of voice and is patient. I have never seen the managers at this location make anyone cry! The managers here are so nice and so are the employees.
The pharmacy staff is excellent. I asked for help finding a vitamin and the pharmacist came from behind the counter to help me w my selection.
