I called up Sat morning (Aug 26) to get the pricing and I spoke to Doug. He was then looking up information on my question to my car, then during that time, he stepped away talking to someone where he didn't say, 'excuse me I have someone asking me something' or 'wait or hold please' but simply hearing someone talking to him and him to that person. I thought that was rude and not a good customer service.
