I called the place twice, two different days and left a voicemail about scheduling an appointment and I had a few questions. Never received a call back. Finally walked into the place against my better judgment, only because it was so close to my house and the lady at the front desk who looked like she just rolled out of bed was kind, however once she handed me the paperwork to complete, she just got on her cell phone having a personal conversation as customers over heard her and were only sitting 10 feet away. No wonder I never got a call back to schedule an appt. she was too busy having personal conversations on her cell phone to answer their main business line. What's the point of having a business line if no one answers it or returns calls. The chiropractor was nice,however she needs better admin staff or she will loose customers or potential customers.
