I bought my Tesla in 2015. I was told if I bought the extended warranty for $3800 one of the perks would be the valet service. Well tesla is conveniently discontinuing this service because apparently they are so big now they can offer mediocre service for a 90k car. I had my car in for its 2 year service and gave the gentleman 4 things I wanted them to look at. They had my car all day, never called me once . Called them at 4:30 asking for an update and was told my car was ready and I would have to be there before 5 to pick it up. What would have happened if I didn't call??? Then I get there to pick my car up and they only looked at 2 out of the 4 things that were asked. This is unacceptable. I love my tesla but I would for sure second guess buying another one.
