I've had the same cleaner since my first Homejoy appointment back in November. Today I had my sixth cleaning and can tell you that my cleaner is hands-down the best who's ever visited my home.
I really appreciate that she is careful and thorough (or as thorough as possible). Unlike some of our previous cleaners, she has never missed a session; she's never late; she hasn't broken anything; and she has never claimed to have cleaned 1450 square feet in 45 minutes (which isn't possible if you're *actually* cleaning). She always stays for as long as requested and is always friendly.
I can't imagine booking anyone else!
