This Subway has gone way down from when I first started coming here. I come here often because it is directly across the street from my job. Today 11/14/17 I came in to no one at the counter. They set a little bell on top to ring so I rang the bell. I still waited at least 5 minutes before anyone came out from the back. When they did come out it was two girls one got started on making my sandwich. I asked for a small soup and when checking out she asked if I wanted a spoon. Yes please. She comes back with a fork. Sorry we don't have spoons. You don't have spoons to eat soup? No sorry. I ask for a cup for water. She gives me the cup but fails to tell me that their water spout is broken. I will not be coming here again.
