All I needed was someone to remove a piece of jewelry I couldn't reach. Bad idea. They ripped my septum and lodged the 12g section of the clicker ring past the hinge into my 16g hole, slipped, and YANKED it. The worst part isn't the pain or the taste of blood in the back of my throat, but the fact that their equipment just sits in a cup of alcohol and isn't properly sterilized. The piercer (I didn't even get his name, he was a man of few words which is a bad quality in someone dealing with sharp objects and open wounds) didn't even change gloves after handling money. I don't know the quality of their tattoos or piercings, but I wouldn't trust a place to put foreign objects into my body if they can't even take them out. I found a reputable shop to remove my jewelry but thanks to this place, my septum is bloody, sore, and torn. Thanks.
