In line to check in on 7/3/17 for over 45 minutes. No one seemed to care about the extreme 3 lanes of lines. Arrived to our room only to find hair on the toilet seat, beyond disgusting, and standing water in the tub. When we called housekeeping, we were asked to open the drain...uh, no!!!! We told housekeeping to clean the bathroom, they said they would do so. We left hoping to come back to a clean bathroom, no! At 2:00 am, we called and housekeeping was very rude! When housekeeping arrived, they said they would send an engineer because the tub drain was slow. Engineer arrived two hours later!!! Never did anything! We asked for a different room and we're denied. I will never stay at this ghetto, disgusting hotel ever again! Be careful when using priceline.com, they gave it four stars! Not worth the one star, but I had to rate this disgusting place!!!!
