I'm brand new to yoga, and I've been going once or twice per week for the last 3 weeks. My neck issues went away after the first class of Restorative Yoga. I'm now taking Yoga Basics and the changes I've felt in my body have been incredible! Each week I get a little bit stronger. Myriam and her staff are wonderful - so caring, kind and patient!! The studio is beautiful and very relaxing. I am getting a workout - because I'm sweating, but I'm relaxed at the same time. This is all new to me, but so far I LOVE it!!
