I can't believe how painless my visit here went today. My mom was finally ready for a new phone. (7years with the old one) We walked in and got greeted. Within 5 minutes Kalid was helping us. He was very helpful and listened to what my mom said she wanted. He didn't try to upsell too much. Which was really refreshing. Smoothest visit to a Verizon store EVER!!!
