Here's our experience with our remodel. Went to AZ Tile in Scottsdale Airpark. I guess more power to them if they have the business and traffic but they just seemed cold and aloof and I hate to say snooty. Then went to MSI Stone after our cabinet people recommended them. Service at MSI: Disinterested and detached. Everyone has a bad day now and then but when I called on phone a couple weeks later I got the same unpleasant feeling. Then coworker told me about Aracruz. Went there for second time today. Got the absolute best help and most transparent pricing info by far. They don't seem as well-known but we were very impressed. We didn't know this but I guess much of the product is the same from place to place so the service experience is the main difference. Aracruz spent a lot of time with us. Fully stocked snack and beverage area doesn't hurt either!
