Slum lords. Extremely poor quality maintenance. Everything In every unit I was ever in was constructed with the cheapest finishes possible and most of them from the early 80's. Don't trust the staff either any agreement made get in writing. This company cares about one thing. Sucking every penny possible out of you without investing a cent into their units.
