It is very rare these days to go into a retail store and interact with employees who really know their products. I needed a replacement battery for an alarm system and Mary was extremely helpful not only in finding the actual battery I needed, but she also suggested other products. While checking out their other merchandise I found an AGM car battery that I was interested in as well. I had done some research on this style of battery, as well as this particular brand, so I asked Mary some questions about it. She clearly knew the product and what features would be most relevant to the shopper.
Finally as we were about to leave the store we noticed that they offered iPhone repair. I returned the next day, dropped my phone with the young gentleman that works there (I forgot his name). He had my phone up and running within the time estimated. Upon returning to pick up my phone, he went through an extensive testing checklist.
Overall I'm very happy with my experiences at this location--very knowledgeable and capable staff.
