I have been going here for years and sometimes I ask myself why do I still. Sometimes it's 5 stars and sometimes I do not get what I pay for. I'm loyal, but today rubbed me the wrong way. I came in to get my usual package but asked to get a shampoo as well. They said let me go see if I can get you a deal. So I waited and the head guy comes back and says he can do it for more than the sign said posted. He thought I was stupid when he was giving me options of better detailing plus the shampooing. I wasn't born yesterday and this has left a bad taste in my mouth. The guys work hard, don't get me wrong. And they do decent work. But when your a loyal customer feeding the business and they try to scam you, that's not right.
