This used to be a great facility with quality staff yet it all went to hell. Colby at the front desk is the biggest asshole I've encountered in a while, especially in the fitness industry. People pay to train not to be insulted or feel irritated coming to a facility. Keep that in mind when you deal with the public and implement better customer service skills!
