I visited here for a few years. Until this past year when I was told that I had a balance of almost $400 from cleanings dating back almost 2 years. It seems that they were unable to bill my insurance for my General Cleanings and they were telling me about it years later. 1. since I have only ever gotten a general cleaning it should have been covered. 2. Maybe if they would have let me know 2 years ago that it was declined by my insurance at the time I would have been able to sort it out. When I called they said they would look into it again. But instead it has been sent to collections and has negatively affected my credit. My husband and I will definitely be going to a different dental office.
