Hi Cooki or anybody who can help me, I had some concerns and needed to talk to you. I am writing this to you in good faith, and hoping that you will address them. I was out of Charlotte for the last couple of months on an assignment and did not get a chance/time to check the curtain that I had sent to Cunningham cleaners for dry cleaning. I checked it yesterday and it has major issues: 1. The curtain has shrunk by 3 inches - and it looks totally shabby to even hang it. 2. the dye marks which was the original issue for which I had sent it to Cunningham cleaners - are still there and have not been cleared at all on any place. I am VERY VERY disappointed on the level of cleaning and honestly did not expect this for y'all. It clearly looks that it was washed and NOT dry cleaned !! Please help me. Thanks!
