When I think of the Sheraton, I think of classy elegance. That's just what I have always thought. However, when I stayed at this Sheraton, that's not exactly the feeling I got. Don't get me wrong, this hotel is just fine. It's better than fine. The lobby is very nice. All the finishes are beautiful, it's sparkly clean. No complaints there or anything to poke at. They have really done a great job with all the common spaces. The meeting spaces are standard. Clean and functional. The guest room is what got me. Was there anything wrong with it per se? No, not really.. But - it was just so dated by comparison to the rest of the gorgeous hotel. I wasn't impressed. The carpet had a few small but noticeable stains. The wallpaper seemed a bit worn. I will say, however, the beds were SUPER comfy.
