Gary was easily able to set up a time for John to come out and take a look at our plumbing situation. It became a little more urgent as a backup occurred, and fortunately they were able to accommodate me the same day, get the problem solved, and suggest some maintenance that I perform regularly to keep my pipes clean and free of any blockages.
